If you haven't done so already, check out these scholarships with March deadlines. A few have already expired.

March is a transitional time in the college admissions process as juniors begin visiting colleges and getting serious about the SAT and ACT. Seniors are driven mad waiting to hear admissions decisions which tend to trickle in throughout the month and peak around April 1st.


Make the Most of Your Campus Visit

If you're a senior, I highly recommend you visit campus and even stay over night before you make a final decision about which school you will attend. Juniors, now is the time to start visiting schools to figure out what type of place is going to work best for your personality, interests and goals. When you visit, do more than take the campus tour. SAT Scores

As we enter the spring, a lot of high school juniors are feeling anxiety about the SAT. I always recommend that juniors take the exam so that they can prep and retake it in October of senior year if their scores aren't what they hoped for.
