From Jerry Webster, your Guide to Special Education
If you visited specialed.about.com Wednesday or Thursday, you found that the old format is back. It's updated now, with end of the year resources to help you prepare to send your kids on, to close out your documents for the year. I'm also featuring a new site I discovered here in Las Vegas: Teaching Made Easier. A web based tool, it can help you efficiently and quickly create flash cards, games and other tools for your classroom.

End of the Year Resources
As you finish up the year, you'll want to send your new students on to their next teacher with notes, data, and information to help them continue the success they have experienced in your classroom.

Hard Choices
I read a couple of articles, one in the New York Times, the other in the Bay Citizen, an online newspaper. The New York Times article described the struggles of a Levittown, Pennsylvania school district and the problems San Francisco is encountering, trying to do special education on the cheap.

Teaching Made Easier
I recommend a web based tool to help you create flash cards, games and other resources to support instruction. Learn more by going to my review.
