This week we return to Teach Like a Champion with Technique 42. I also want to introduce you to a new charity/program that assists people with disabilities by connecting them with adult or teen buddies. And, of course with states and the federal government struggling to make ends meet, I have a lovely rant about the leadership of the House Education and Workforce Committee.

We are back for the last of the techniques for the chapter in Doug Lemov's book, Teach Like a Champion, on behavioral expectations, called No Warnings.

Meet Best Buddies
At an event for new special education teachers in the Clark County School District, I met the local program supervisor for Best Buddies, a program founded one of the Kennedy Shrivers. Best Buddies matches teens and adults with disabilities with Buddies who help them live independently.
