I was shocked to read that Secretary of Education Duncan informed the House Education and the Workforce that as many as 82 percent of American Schools could fail to achieve Adequate Yearly Progress, and then found that that the new Republican Chair, Joe Kline, had turned the Committee website into a partisan voice for the Republican agenda.
