From Bob Schulties, your About Today Editor
It's one thing to get sick and get better, but it's another thing to get sick and then have to learn to live with it. The only chronic thing I have doesn't count: Bad Attituditis.

What Is Fibromyalgia?
I'm a little embarrassed to say that I wasn't quite sure what fibromyalgia was. And since you can't hear me, I can say it any way I want, although, to be honest, I'm not even 100 percent sure how to pronounce it. Fibromyalgia sounds pretty miserable, and I feel for you or anyone you know who suffers from it. But if you're in the dark like me, that link above offers a little learning as to what it's all about.

Do You Think You Have Arthritis?
Wow, looks like I'm getting all sorts of schooling today! Arthritis is actually a group of over 100 conditions? How come I haven't learned this before? Do you suspect you have an arthritic condition? Here's what to do first.

Will You Get Heart Disease?
I know this'll sound a little morbid, but I reckon I'll die from either cancer or heart disease. And it scares me so much that I've taken up bull fighting, skydiving and crocodile taming to ward them off. Foolproof plan? Check. Fool? Check. Wait, what?

Lots To Eat On a Gluten-Free Diet
I don't want to get all dramatic, but if I wasn't able to eat pizza and bread, I'd probably just let the crocodile eat me after my parachute failed to open (see above). "But wait!" says Jane, our Guide to Celiac Disease. There is actually plenty you can eat. Oh, great. Anyone know a way out of a crocodile?
