Martin Luther King Day is this coming Monday, January 16th, followed by Benjamin Franklin's birthday on the 17th.

2012 Printable Coloring Calendars
Here are the printable coloring calendars for 2012, January through December. One homeschooling family is printing the calendars, having the children color them, personalizing it with birth dates and then sending to the grandparents.

These printable memory books are an excellent starting point for students to capture the memories of their school year. Use them as is or as a springboard for your own creation.

Martin Luther King Day
Martin Luther King, Jr. was born on January 15, 1929. Because his birthday is so close to the holiday season, we celebrate it on the 3rd Monday in January. This move was made to help the holiday get approved.
