So, This Is a Village
I spent part of Saturday at a park in Henderson, Nevada with the Las Vegas Area chapter of FEAT, Families for the Effective Treatment of Autism. The picnic was also an opportunity to meet other agencies and service providers for children with autism, a whole cornucopia of resources for my guys and their families. So, where's your village?

Technique 25 continues the theme of increasing student engagement, this time by simply slowing down your questions, and making the "Wait" work for your students.

Aides -- Bane or Boom?
Okay, so are aides a bane, or a boon? My aide has been really intentional about following my lead, but how often do aides overfunction for the student?

Sex
Okay, now that I have your attention . . . I'm hoping you will help a doctoral student with her research on your attitudes and experiences with sex education and students with disabilities.
