Behavior Contracts for Challenging Students
We're a few months into the new school year. Hopefully, you and your students are starting to gel and work together like a finely-tuned machine.

However, it's common to have one or two students who are, for whatever reason, exceptions to your classroom discipline plan. The best course of action may be to design a more structured and individualized contract to support the student's goals.

That's where a behavior contract comes in. If you've never used this method before, here's how and why to do it.
