The Republicans are insisting it's payback to the unions. But how about the kids? Do they really benefit from larger class size, fewer resources and less access to special education services? Dear Senator McConnell As the economy continues to struggle, the efforts of the Obama administration to help states out is recast by Republicans as a sop to the NEA and the AFT. Obviously the Republicans believe that teachers are leeches and are only concerned about their health care coverage. What do you think?
