From Jerry Webster, your Guide to Special Education
April is Autism Awareness Month. I'm looking for information about how instruction is being delivered in your school district, especially for middle school students. I also have one more Technique from Teach Like a Champion and more resources added to my primary math skills article.

Do You Teach Children with Autism?
As we continue into Autism Awareness Month, I am getting new information and learning about new resources for teachers of children with autism. I'm hoping if you teach children with autism, you can tell me what your district is doing.

Teach Like a Champion - Technique 45
I share the next technique, technique 45, from Doug Lemov's book, Teach Like a Champion. Technique 45 may seem like a paradox: Strict/Warm. Doug believes that when the two qualities are combined, they are both more effective.

Math Skills for Primary Grades
I've added some new pages to my primary math skills. Hope you find them useful!
